You can start doing light exercises such as walking after the fourth day after the operation. If you notice bleeding during your exercise, we recommend that you reduce the intensity of the exercise.  <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">2- Should I avoid the sun after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">One of the most important precautions to be taken after hair transplantation is to avoid sunlight and heat. We recommend protecting the scalp from the sun for 2 months after hair transplantation. Too much intense direct sun exposure can not only damage the surface of the scalp in the transplanted area, but can also affect the deep tissues, so serious damage can occur.  <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">3- When can I go back to work after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">You can return to work 5 days after the hair transplant operation. If you are working in heavy jobs, we recommend a longer time to return to work, between 7-14 days. <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">4- Can I swim after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">You should avoid swimming for 1 month after hair transplantation.<\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">5- Can I have sexual intercourse after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">It may cause sweating during sexual intercourse. I recommend you to avoid sweating after the hair transplant operation. Especially when you sweat in the first few days, the transplanted hair follicles may dislocate.  <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">6- Do I need to be careful when coughing \/ sneezing after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">After the hair transplant operation, we recommend that you keep your head upright and avoid sudden movements such as severe coughing and sneezing. It is unlikely that you will damage the transplanted hair follicles by coughing a few days after your hair transplant. However, we still recommend you to be careful when sneezing or coughing.  <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">7- Can I tilt my head after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">Our patients who have undergone hair transplant operation should not tilt their head quickly for 3 days. This prevents the grafts from coming out of the recipient area or bleeding. This is also an important factor for a successful hair transplant result.  <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">8- Can I smoke after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">It is in your best interest to stop smoking one week before and one week after surgery, as smoking prolongs the recovery period. Nicotine hardens and narrows the blood vessels. This both delays healing and negatively affects new hair growth.  <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">9- Can I touch the transplanted hair after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">One of the most important items is to avoid touching the grafts for the first ten days after the procedure.<\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">10- Can I enter Sauna\/Solarium after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">We do not recommend going to saunas and steam baths or staying in very hot places after a hair transplant. These activities can increase sweating and can be almost as harmful as exercising. For 2 months after a hair transplant, you should avoid going to saunas or hammams as they cause intense sweating.  <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"faq-item\">\n                            <div class=\"faq-question\">11- Can I scratch the transplantation area after the operation?<\/div>\n                            <div class=\"faq-answer\">It is important to avoid scratching your hair for a month as it can peel off the scabs and delay the healing process.
