Patient Visit Process

• Each hair transplant application is forwarded to a health consultant and the whole process is carried out under his/her control.
• The health advisor obtains patient information and expectations (including a photograph of the patient) by sending a medical assessment questionnaire.
• The health counselor and surgeons review needs and expectations, develop preliminary plans and prepare assessment reports.
• The health counselor provides patients with treatment plans and shares economic details with patients.
• Health consultants support patients every step of the way before surgery at our centers in Istanbul (travel information, visa, etc.)

Day of Surgery and After

• Surgery Day Patients are greeted at the clinic by a patient relations specialist fluent in at least two foreign languages who guides them through each step of the procedure throughout the day.
• Pre-operative information: The doctor informs the patient early in the morning about the surgery to be performed.
• Correct pre-operative planning: Hairline planning is done by world-class hair transplant surgeons.
• Surgery All surgeries at Turk Hair Institute are performed by a surgeon or hair transplant surgical assistant under the supervision of a hair transplant surgeon.
• Postoperative controls are performed according to the doctor’s latest control methods.

After the discharge/check-out process is completed, a Patient Experience Specialist responsible for hair growth for 18 months is assigned and introduced to the patient. Patient experience specialists are experts in observing hair growth and work closely with our doctors to monitor healthy growth.
